BIKE FOR BLYTHSWOOD 2015
Sat, 29th August 2015
Hillington - Loch Lomond
Bike for Blythswood 2015
Sat, 29th August 2015 from 10am
Hillington to Loch Lomond
A forty mile challenge: from Blythswood Care’s Hillington depot to Loch Lomond and back. One tunnel, one canal, one loch, three rivers and a bridge; industry business, fields, hills and boats. In fact, a snapshot of the life of Scotland seen from the cycle path.
Cyclists may travel at their own pace and at their own risk. There will be support available but as the route is not always accessible from the road, they should be able and equipped to deal with running repairs and varying weather conditions. Cycle helmets are recommended.
Bike for Blythswood will raise funds for the 999 Project, which will deliver fire engines and specialist training to locations in Romania in September 2015.
To sign up for Bike for Blythswood 2015 you must be at least 15 years old. You can register individually or as a group of up to 5 (family or friends) with one contact address for correspondence.
