All of the shoeboxes have to be opened and checked before they are packed. This takes place at sorting stations all over the country.

To set up a sorting station, you will need premises which are available for preferably at least two days, storage space in these premises for unsorted and sorted shoeboxes and volunteers who are willing to come along to help check the boxes.
