Local Lady's 90th Birthday Challenge to Help Children in Moldova

On the 5th March 90 year old Gean Hodsdon took part in a white water rafting challenge. Gean wanted to do something for others on this special birthday and really enjoyed the challenge.
Gean has raised £5,000 to install a water pump at a summer camp in Moldova, that we support. The camp lacks basic facilities and at the moment water has to be transported into the camp. Children from very poor homes come here during the summer holidays for good food, clothing, games and Christian teaching.
Gean desperately wants to do something to help improve facilities at the camp. “I helped with the camps for many years and I loved being able to go out there and work with the children. However now I am less able to travel, but I still want to do something which will help.
